By registering, purchasing subscription credits, or utilizing the Pynokio web interface and APIs, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations.

1. Acceptable Use Policy

Users must not generate unlawful, defamatory, deceptive, privacy-violating, or harmful content. Voice cloning tools and biometric assets may only be utilized with verifiable consent from the respective voice owner or for royalty-free public domain assets.

• No generation of non-consensual sexual or intimate imagery.
• No automated spam, denial-of-service, or attempts to bypass rate limits.
• No violation of third-party intellectual property or copyright laws.

2. Ownership & Commercial Rights

Subject to your chosen subscription tier (Free, Creator, Pro, Studio), you retain full commercial rights to monetize, publish, broadcast, and distribute media generated using Pynokio foundational models in accordance with provider licensing terms.

3. Subscription Plans & Credit Balances

Credits purchased or replenished under active plans are utilized on a pay-per-generation basis according to each model's consumption schedule. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled in your account settings.

4. Service Availability & SLA

While we strive for 99.9% platform uptime across our GPU clusters and model gateway providers, scheduled maintenance windows may occasionally occur with advance notice.
