Pynokio Privacy & Data Protection
Effective date: September 2026Pynokio processes only the information necessary to provide, secure and continuously improve the creative generative AI service. This includes account credentials, billing information processed via encrypted PCI-compliant payment gateways, uploaded assets, and generations submitted to the model infrastructure.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information provided directly by you when creating an account, uploading reference frames, scripts, audio samples, or submitting generation prompts, as well as necessary technical metrics regarding platform usage and latency.
- Account Information: Name, email address, password hash, and OAuth authentication tokens.
- Usage Metrics: Model consumption, credit balances, generation timestamps, and tool execution logs.
- Payment Details: Handled securely via encrypted PCI-DSS Level 1 payment processors (e.g. Stripe). We never store raw credit card numbers.
2. Use of Generated Content & Model Training
Your inputs, voice clones, designed custom characters, and generated media remain private to your workspace. We do not use paid user creations or proprietary prompt histories for training public foundational models without your explicit opt-in consent.
3. Security and Data Protection
All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.3, and resting assets are secured in isolated multi-tenant cloud storage with strict role-based access controls and automatic threat detection.
4. Data Retention & Deletion Rights
In accordance with GDPR, CCPA, and international data protection laws, you retain full ownership of your data and may request full export or permanent deletion of your account and assets at any time.
